Your LA Home Buying Blueprint
Navigating the Los Angeles market requires precision and preparation. We will build a clear path forward with zero surprises.

1. Protect Your Credit Score

In the current market, your credit score dictates your mortgage rate and purchasing power. Pull your credit reports from the three major bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) to check for errors. Visit the only federally authorized site to obtain them: www.annualcreditreport.com. Do not open any new credit lines or make major purchases (like a car) until after you close escrow.

2. Secure a Verified Pre-Approval

Los Angeles is highly competitive. Sellers will not entertain an offer without a verified pre-approval letter from a reputable lender. We must determine your true comfort zone by factoring in CA property taxes, homeowners insurance, and possible HOA fees.

3. Establish Non-Negotiable Priorities

Define your absolute “must-haves” (bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, etc.). In addition, focus on factors that cannot be easily changed, such as school districts, commute times, and architectural styles.

4. Partner with a Strategic Guide

My job is to handle the research, transaction management, and negotiation chaos so you can focus on making the right decision for you. I will work to help make this process as easy as possible to ensure your home is the right one for you.
